Jack and his team were absolute legends. We threw a pretty tough job at them — heavy furniture, awkward stairs, and a stinking hot Canberra day — but they handled it all with care, patience, and zero fuss. Every item was treated like it was their own, and they kept great energy the whole time. Hands down the best removalist experience I’ve had in Canberra. Extremely grateful to Jack and his team!

Kingston to Barton - best Removalist experience I have had. Communication when booking the job was easy. Very upfront with charges and easy to book. They turned up on time. Jack is knowledgeable, efficient and so is his team mate Dex. They absolutely exceeded expectations!! I have had some horror stories from previous Canberra moves. If only a I had known about this team earlier. They were quick, diligent, took all due care. I would trust them with all goods (which is hard to find in Canberra). I can’t thank them enough for the positive customer service and reliable, efficient and wonderful experience. I have used so many other companies and rate this business the best! Just by speaking to Jack over the phone you can already tell his professionalism. I can honestly say I hope more people use them as they far outdo the competition out there. I can highly recommend them.

I highly recommend Jack from JWS Removals. Jack was able to fit my son’s removal in at short notice. Jack was upfront on the price and is fully insured. Jack and Dex arrived on time and were very efficient, professional and friendly. They had covers to protect the furniture and tied it down appropriately to avoid damage. It was a joy working with Jack and you can’t say that often when moving house.

I can’t recommend Jack and his team highly enough. From the start, Jack was really communicative, professional and helpful. On moving day, Jack and Shack made things so easy - they were here on time, packed everything into the truck efficiently and safely. All of our furniture and belongings were well looked after, beds disassembled and reassembled at the new place, washing machine disconnected and reconnected - nothing was a hassle for them. Affable and a pleasure to work with - they actually made moving day fun!

Jack and his assistant were amazing! Very easy to communicate with and was even able to show up earlier than the time we'd set meaning I had an extra hour to get things done on the day. Very glad we picked JWS Removals as they were miles above the removalists we picked last time, and Jack was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Thank you so much for a quick and hassle free move!

The JWS crew are amazing. The care they demonstrated during my move in the Canberra Molonglo Valley was very reassuring. Nothing was too much trouble for Jack, and on a 36 degree day! My move was a complicated one too, with a trip to storage to swap some heavy items in/out. The price was very good for the effort involved. I could not have been happier with the service.

Twenty stars! Jack and his team were exceptional - professional, considerate, fast. We appreciated Jack's focus on sustainable practices and he lent us a number of reusable crates so we didn't have to use so many cardboard boxes (he came over twice to drop these off to us before the move). On the day his team made moving so much less stressful for us even though they were clearly working hard in the middle of summer. Everything went smoothly, everything was perfect. Highly, highly recommend.

Jack and his team are amazing, with no task being too hard. They moved my extremely heavy marble slab dining table with great care. Disassembling it at pick up, wrapping it moving blankets, and then reassembled it at my new home. They take such care in moving your furniture that this is the second time I have used them. Thanks guys you are absolutely the best.
